2. Attributes

An adventurer’s abilities are measured by four attributes. The attributes are:

Swords

Swords is the attribute of warriors. Swords encompasses strength and endurance. It represents bravery, fortitude, directness, forcefulness, and all facets of combat.

Cups

Cups is the attribute of scholars. Cups encompasses wisdom and learning. It represents cleverness, carefulness, patience, and everything related to the use of tools.

Pentacles

Pentacles is the attribute of rogues. Pentacles encompasses swiftness and slyness. It represents quickness, quietness, manipulation, and everything related to stealth.

Wands

Wands is the attribute of sorcerers. Wands encompasses your willpower and mysticism. It represents persuasiveness, showmanship, spirit, passion, and everything related to the occult.

Adventurers have a spread of attributes ranked 4, 3, 2, and 1. Your highest attribute (4) will be the same as the path you belong to (Chapter 5: The Four Paths).
