Other improvements

The improvements listed in the steading playbook aren't the only ones possible. You can find others in various entries of Book II, revealing them to the players as appropriate. Likewise, you might have an idea for an additional improvement yourself, or the PCs might propose one. Make a Plan to establish the requirements, and work with the players to establish an appropriate benefit and any ongoing costs.

The steading playbook includes a space for additional improvements. Record them there.
