Regarding secrets

When PCs come into conflict, it's natural that they will start lying to each other, or keeping secrets. Great! More drama! But don't let players keep secrets from each other. Don't accept notes they pass you. Don't have private chats or huddles in the hall. Encourage everyone to keep in mind what they know vs. what their character knows, and then enjoy the dramatic irony.
