Check grammar, formatting

Make sure you're using the right words, that your subjects and verbs agree, that your bullet lists use parallel language. Check your spelling. If typing them out, put triggers in bold and italic text. Put thresholds in bold, like, "on a 10+:…"

Grammar and formatting are less crucial for a move you'll use just once at your own table. But the more you plan to use it or share it, the more important this becomes.
